PTI Acquisition definition

PTI Acquisition means the acquisition
PTI Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of all the outstanding capital stock of PTI.
PTI Acquisition means the acquisition by ALEC Acquisition or any other Wholly Owned Subsidiary from the Sellers of all of the outstanding capital stock of the Alaska Entities in accordance with the PTI Purchase Agreement.
