PTHIA definition

Examples of PTHIA in a sentence

  • Under the authority of the PTHIA, the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) may issue permits for the purpose of controlling and regulating buildings, land use, business establishments, encroachments, entrances, plantings, signs and miscellaneous structures and installation on or within MTO’s control area adjacent to a provincial highway.
