PTF Rate definition
PTF Rate. The transmission rate of a Participant determined in accordance with Schedule 9 to this Tariff.

All expenses and capital investments incurred during 2000 and 2001 that are related to these measures shall constitute Pool-Supported PTF costs and shall be recovered through NEPOOL transmission charges, including the Post-1996 Pool PTF Rate.
