Psychologist (CEO) means an employee possessing formal Psychology Qualifications employed in or in connection with a Catholic Education Office to provide diagnostic assessment and direct guidance services to individuals, schools and groups and to assist and advise school authorities in relation to students with social, behavioural, emotional and cognitive disorders.
