PSU Value definition

PSU Value means the Fair Market Value on the date of determination, multiplied by the number of vested Phantom Stock Units held by the Participant as of such date.

  • This Award entitles you to the right to receive a cash payment for each PSU awarded in an amount equal to the Final PSU Value (as defined below) on the Payment Date specified below.
