This benefit is intended to comply with the PSST ordinance and should be interpreted in accordance with its requirements.
Within 30 days of the execution of this Agreement by the Director, Respondent shall develop and implement a written policy to comply with PSST.
For absences of three (3) days or fewer, the Hospital may not require verification that a nurse’s use of PSST is for an authorized purpose.
