PSS Statements definition
PSS Statements means the statements in the Offer Documents or the Supplemental Offer Materials in relation to the Promoter Selling Shareholder, its Affiliates and the Offered Shares;
PSS Statements means the statements specifically confirmed by the respective Promoter Selling Shareholders in relation to itself and its Offered Shares included in the Draft Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus, Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and Prospectus and the Supplemental Offer Material;
