The Principals covenant to ensure that all members of the Tiger Group shall not, anywhere in the world, register, attempt to register or attempt to obtain any interest in, any trademarks or intellectual property owned or licensed by PSS Group, PSSWM and its customers, nor make any claims inconsistent with the rights of PSS Group, PSSWM and its customers.
Assignments of this Agreement by PSSWM to a company owned, controlled by or affiliated with PSS Group, or PSSWM are permitted in PSSWM’s sole discretion.
