During the period of the framework agreement the Client may receive upon request the terms of the framework agreement and preliminary information under article 41 of the PSPSA on paper or other durable carrier (by e-mail).
The Bank shall provide each Customer with the General Terms and Conditions for provision of Payment Services where the Bank has disclosed preliminary information under Article 41 of PSPSA, either on paper or on another durable medium, prior to concluding this Framework Agreement.
In case of contracts concluded with persons who are not consumers pursuant to the PSPSA, the Bank may terminate the Agreement without notice, in which case the Bank shall block the Card and request its return by the Authorized Holder.
Prior to concluding this Framework Agreement each Customer shall receive by the Bank the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Services – either on paper carrier or any other form of hard copy, where preliminary information regarding Article 41 of the PSPSA has been given.
Any increase in premiums during the length of the agreement will be funded by the employees.
