Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Framework Agreement, the Framework Authority may disclose to the PSNA (or such other entity nominated from time to time by the PSNA) any information (including Supplier’s Confidential Information) it obtains from or on behalf of the Supplier under or in connection with this Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts where such disclosure may be required to enable the smooth operation of the Public Services Network.
