• To the extent it has any rights in the Work Product granted to it pursuant to the PSK, ODOT hereby grants to City a royalty free, non-exclusive license to reproduce any Work Product for distribution upon request to members of the public.

• Consultant fails to complete work specified in Exhibit A as its responsibility, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and within the time specified in this Agreement or the PSK, including any extensions thereof, and does not correct any such failure within 10 days of receipt of written notice or the date specified by ODOT in such written notice.

• It replaces the Pre-Shared Key (PSK) exchange with Simulta- neous Authentication of Equals (SAE) and introduces Forward Secrecy.
