The Service Provider agrees to indemnify PSIEC in respect of any claim directly or indirectly resulting from or arising out of any breach or claimed breach of this warranty.
In rare cases when it is very essential to take out the equipment for repairs outside PSIEC, it is mandatory to have proper permission of the competent officer and a valid gate pass Annexure “III” for such equipment and that would be at their (service provider) own risk.
