PSI Group definition

PSI Group means PSI together with its Associated Companies, and where it concerns the period before the Closing Date PSI together with the Associated Companies of Royal Philips which are (to be) an Associated Company of PSI as of the Closing Date.
PSI Group means PSI, Payment Services, FBS, Telecredit Canada, Card Solutions France, Equifax Asia Pacific, Payment U.K., any of their respective subsidiaries and any subsidiary or division of any member of the Equifax Group that is included in the assets of the PSI Business as reflected in the pro forma combined balance sheet of PSI as of March 31, 2001 contained in the Information Statement.
PSI Group means the entities set forth on Exhibit A and any of their respective subsidiaries.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
