PSD Acquisition definition

PSD Acquisition means the acquisition by the Company of the outstanding capital stock of PSD and certain related assets (the "Acquired Business") pursuant to the PSD Purchase Agreement.
PSD Acquisition means the acquisition by the Company on the Closing Date of all of the assets (other than the receivables of PSD, which shall be retained by PSD) of PSD.
PSD Acquisition means the acquisition by the Borrower of the outstanding capital stock of Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics S.A. and certain related assets (the "Acquired Business") pursuant to the PSD Purchase Agreement.
