  • The Seller is the owner and operator, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pappas Southern California License, LLC, a Delaware limited liability ▇▇▇▇▇▇y ("PSC License"), is the licensee, of the television station KAZA-TV NTSC Channel 54 in Avalon, California (the "Station").

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
