PSC Fees definition

PSC Fees means the fees set out in the Assignment Details Form. For the avoidance of doubt, the PSC Fees include the agreed fees for the PSC Services, any expenses or disbursements authorised by the Client and VAT charged at the applicable rate;

Examples of PSC Fees in a sentence

Related to PSC Fees

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.
