  • Any revision thereof, agreed upon in writing by authorized representatives of each party, shall be added to the list of PAS/NRE and incorporated into the applicable PSA-D by reference and made an integral part thereof.

  • All right, title and interest in and to Exclusive Tooling specified in a PSA-D, PSA-P, or any other signed agreements between Seller and Buyer shall be vested in Buyer from the commencement of the fabrication of Exclusive Tooling.
