PSA Restriction Fee definition

PSA Restriction Fee means, collectively, the fees payable in accordance with Article VI hereof, the Plan and the Confirmation Order, which fees, in the aggregate, shall not exceed Three Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($350,000,000.00) minus such amount as may be payable on account of Consummation Costs; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of Article VI hereof and the Plan, such aggregate amount may be increased on account of the Retail Support Fee Return, with such additional amount being redistributed in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1(b) hereof and the Plan.
