Prudential Guidelines definition
Prudential Guidelines means the Prudential Guidelines for banking institutions licensed under the Banking Act (Chapter 488 of the Laws of Kenya) issued by the Central Bank of Kenya pursuant to the provisions of the said Act.
Prudential Guidelines means the Prudential Guidelines issued by the Commission under section 98;
Prudential Guidelines means any Guideline issued by the Central Bank which is meant to apply to institutions generally.
