Prudential Guarantee definition

Prudential Guarantee means the amended and restated affiliate guaranty dated as of February 28, 1996 issued by Global Operations and certain other Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of The Prudential Insurance Company of America as in effect on the date hereof.
