PRSR definition

PRSR means person responsible for site rehabilitation.
PRSR means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA.

  • This MOU and documentation associated with use of this MOU shall not operate to create or vest any property right in or to FDEP, the discharger, the PRSR or to third parties.

  • A separate PRSR and RSR shall be conducted for each of the following subsystems.

  • The Seller shall conduct a pre-Ready-to-Ship Review (PRSR) to be witnessed by the Buyer only prior to the RSR.

  • The Seller shall conduct pre-Ready-to-Ship Reviews (PRSR) at the Seller's facilities to be witnessed by the Buyer prior to conducting a Ready-to-Ship Review.
