PRPC definition

PRPC means Prince Rupert Port Corporation and includes all entities which hereafter become the head lessor under the Phase I Head Lease or the Phase 11 Head Lease.
PRPC means the Borrower’s Parastatal Reform Program Committee reconstituted pursuant to a Presidential Order, dated August 5, 1992, as amended from time to time;
PRPC means the Projects Related Purchasing Conditions and named in the Contract or any Contract document to the same effect which outlines the project and sets forth the project specific requirements (as the case may be, in the Purchase Order).
