PRP unit definition
PRP unit means any person who is qualified under the production require ments plan by the issuance to such person of a PRP certificate. In case the certifi cate is issued to a branch, plant, depart ment, or other division of a corporation or business, “PRP unit” refers only to the portion of the business to which the certificate is issued.
