Proxy Price definition

Proxy Price means, for a given day, the product of (a) the New England Internal Hub Price for such day, (b) the Resulting Bid Factor for a calendar month, and (c) the Adjustment Factor.
Proxy Price means the price per engine invoiced to Ford for Warehouse Engines, calculated as of the date that such engines are shipped to such Warehouse. The Proxy Price is agreed upon by International and Ford.

  • The Capacity Proxy Price for a given delivery year is announced prior to the Solicitation.

  • For purposes of this Attachment H: (i) the “Capacity Price” is the price paid by SSO Suppliers for Capacity in the AEP Ohio Load Zone, as determined under the PJM Reliability Pricing Model (“RPM”), or its successor, or otherwise [for the respective delivery year(s)]; and (ii) the “Capacity Proxy Price” is $ /MW-day [for the 20 /20 delivery year [(if 2 delivery years have Capacity Proxy Price) and $ /MW-day for the 20 /20 delivery year]].
