Proxy Forms definition

Proxy Forms means the CVA Creditors’ Proxy Forms and the Member’s Proxy Form.
Proxy Forms means the forms of proxy prepared by the Company for use in respect of the Court Meeting and the General Meeting;

  • If the Proxy Forms for the Court Meeting and/or the EGM are not so lodged, they may be handed to the Chairman of the Court Meeting at the Court Meeting and/or the Chairman of the EGM at the EGM (as the case may be), who shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not to accept it.

  • Preparation of Proxy Forms; Proxy Solicitation and Special Meeting Services, including, but not limited to the following: · Assist the Company’s financial printer with labeling of proxy materials for voting; · Provide support for any follow-up mailings to members, as needed, including proxy grams and additional solicitation materials; · Proxy and ballot tabulation; and · Support the Inspector of Election at the Company’s special meeting of members, assuming the election is not contested.

  • Bid Proxy Forms should be given to the OSEA representative who will be present during the bidding process.

  • The completion and return of Shareholder Proxy Forms or proxy forms for the EGM, as the case may be, will not prevent Shareholders from attending and voting at the Court Meeting and/or the EGM in person if they subsequently wish to do so.

  • Shareholders who are unable to attend the Court Meeting and/or the EGM are requested to sign and return the Proxy Forms attached to this Document in accordance with the instructions printed thereon as soon as possible and, in any event, so as to reach the registered office of the Company at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, #08-01 The Adelphi, Singapore 179803, not later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the Court Meeting and/or the EGM (as the case may be).

  • The completion and return of Proxy Forms will not prevent Shareholders from attending and voting at the Court Meeting and/or the EGM in person if they subsequently wish to do so.
