Proxy Delegate definition

Proxy Delegate means a person who acts in the absence of a Delegate.
Proxy Delegate means a person who is a Member of an Affiliated Club and is properly nominated to represent another Affiliated Club at meetings of the Association.
Proxy Delegate means a person who is properly and duly appointed for, and, who acts in the absence of a Delegate.
