provost-marshal definition

provost-marshal means a person appointed as such under section 108 and includes any of his deputies or assistants or any other person legally exercising authority under him or on his behalf;
provost-marshal means the person standing appointed, for the time being, under section 170 of the Act of 1954;
provost-marshal means the Commissioner of Police exercising the powers and functions of the Provost Marshal conferred upon him by section 6 of the Police Act*;
