Provisioning Interval definition

Provisioning Interval for any applicable Service shall have the meaning set forth in the Product Supplement for such Service, as such period may be extended due to Force Majeure Events, any failure of Buyer to comply with the terms of this Agreement, or any fault or negligent act or omission of Buyer, or its User or any other party (other than Seller, and Seller’s vendors, contractors or Affiliates).
Provisioning Interval. Public Electronic Communications Network” “PSTN Switch” the number of Working Days from the Order Request Date until the Installation Date; has the meaning in part 1 of the Schedule to the notification setting the General Conditions; telecommunications apparatus within a System which performs the function of switching and routing calls; “ Qualifying BT Retail Private Circuit” a BT Retail Private Circuit which has an equivalent product available as a Partial Private Circuit to which it may be migrated under Annex F, and either (a) was, on or before 23 December 2002 provided to or ordered by the Operator as a Schedule 2 Public Operator under contract with BT in the name of the Operator; or (b) was, on or before 23 December 2002 provided under contract with BT to either: (i) the Operator who on or prior to that date had the status of an operator of a Telecommunications System but not the status of a Schedule 2 Public Operator, or (ii) an operator who on or prior to that date had the status of an operator of a Telecommunications System which circuit is subsequently transferred with the agreement of BT to the Operator;
Provisioning Interval means the number of Business Days between the Order Date and the RFS Date for a given Leased Circuit. Ready for Service Date (RFS) means the date of installation of the Circuit by Sure which will be the date of Hand Over, or such late date as determined by section 3.3.4 of the SLA. Reason for Fault means the description of the cause of the Fault.

  • If the EIU form is not received ten (10) calendar days prior to the ending date of the Provisioning Interval, then the CFAs will be provided within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the EIU form.

  • Provisioning involves the exchange of information between Telecommunications Carriers where one executes a request for a set of products and services or Unbundled Network Elements or combinations thereof from the other with attendant acknowledgments and status reports.
