Examples of Provisional Quantities in a sentence
This guarantee shall be for an amount equivalent to the difference between a) on the one hand, the price fixed in the Contract (i) for the Provisional Quantities over the next 6 (six) months of the Contract or (ii) in the presence of Minimum Quantities, for all the remaining Minimum Quantities of the contract, and b) on the other hand, the market price for these Quantities on the date that the event occurred.
Any Quantity of Energy, subject of this Contract, expressed in MWh, particularly the Provisional Quantities, MaQs or MiQs. Quantities of Energy that the Customer plans to offtake, corresponding to the Supply Point, during the supply Period, as fixed in the Particular Terms and Conditions.
