Provisional Documents definition

Provisional Documents means the commercial invoice issued or to be issued by the Seller (or the Selling Member if it agrees to be the issuing party) to the Buyer (or the Buying Member if it agrees to be the receiving party) and the Certificate of Origin and the test certificate referred to in Section 6.1.1(b)(ii) together with, in the case of delivery under Warehouse Delivery Terms, the Warehouse Receipt, or, in the case of delivery under FOB Terms, an unsigned Bill of Lading pertaining to the TSR 20 Rubber that is to be delivered;
Provisional Documents means the commercial invoice issued or to be issued by the Selling Member to the Buying Member and the Certificate of Origin and the test certificate referred to in Section 6.1.1(b)(ii) together with, in the case of delivery under Warehouse Delivery Terms, the Warehouse Receipt, or, in the case of delivery under FOB Terms, an unsigned Bill of Lading pertaining to the TSR 20 Rubber that is to be delivered;

Examples of Provisional Documents in a sentence

  • Provisional payment to be made 2 Working Days after presentation and acceptance of the Provisional Documents, however Buyer, on a best-efforts basis, shall endeavour to make the provisional payment within 1 Working Day.

  • For all payments that are due to the Seller under this contract, the beneficiary name shall always be the Seller, Mineras de DynaResource SA de CV, or its Assignees; The "Provisional Documents" are: the Provisional Invoice (as defined below); Holding Certificate issued by a warehouse acceptable to Buyer and/or ▇▇▇▇▇'s bankers and endorsed by Independent Representative; Final Weight & Moisture certificate to be issued by an independent, internationally recognized surveyor; Provisional Assay certificate.

  • The Seller will be entitled to charge and invoice (such invoice being the "Provisional Invoice") the Buyer for a provisional payment of 95% of the Estimated Price (Tax shall be calculated as per current Mexican IVA law - Ley de impuesto al Valor Agregado at a 0% rate as specified in article 2.A.), in respect of each shipment of Concentrate, once such Estimated Price has been calculated in accordance with Clause 7 above against presentation of Provisional Documents.

  • Late Delivery does not constitute a Delivery Default if it is cured within four (4) days (in the case of Late Delivery of Shipping Instructions) or seven (7) days (in the case of Late Delivery of Provisional Documents or Final Documents) from the day such performance is due.
