Provisional Completion Certificate definition

Provisional Completion Certificate means the Completion Certificate that may be issued by the Project Engineer pending completion of the Punch List items

More Definitions of Provisional Completion Certificate

Provisional Completion Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 9.3(e).
