Provisional Authority definition

Provisional Authority means the Provisional Mass Rapid Transit Authority established under section 3 of the Provisional Mass Rapid Transit Authority Act 1980, repealed by this Act;
Provisional Authority means the authority specified under section 27 of BMVT Act 1994.
Provisional Authority means the authority, for a limited period, granted by the NTC to a qualified applicant to operate and maintain a public telecommunications entity, facility, or service, pending the grant of the CPCN.
