Provincial Municipality definition
Provincial Municipality means Municipalidad Provincial, any of the political subdivisions of the territory of the Borrower established pursuant to Articles 2 and 3 of the Municipalities Organic Law;
Provincial Municipality means a local subdivision with jurisdiction over the respective Province in the Borrower’s territory established and operating under the Borrower’s Organic Law No. 27972, dated May 27, 2003.
