Providing Beneficiary definition

Providing Beneficiary shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.1.1 of this Consortium Agreement relating to the transfer of Materials.

  • In particular, no Providing Beneficiary represents or warrants that the use of the Materials will not infringe or violate any patent or proprietary rights of Third Parties.
