Provider Terms definition

Provider Terms means the terms set out in this document (including the Schedules);
Provider Terms the terms and conditions of the relevant Provider for the Provider Services, in respect of which you place a Booking;
Provider Terms the terms and conditions for the Provider Services;

Examples of Provider Terms in a sentence

  • In submitting any Booking to us, you acknowledge that a full copy of the relevant Provider Terms may not be available until Issue or afterwards, but that you agree to accept and comply with those Provider Terms as appropriate.

  • We shall not have any Liability (subject to Clause 9.2) in respect of any Provider Terms, including any failure by you or the relevant Provider to comply with the relevant Provider Terms or to honour the terms of any Booking.

  • To the extent any terms in such Third Party Provider Terms are inconsistent with or conflict with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of such Third Party Provider Terms shall prevail.

  • Your access to, and the availability of, Provider Services, and your presence in or on any transport or premises, or receipt of any Provider Services, is subject to the relevant Provider Terms.

  • This Agreement does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than: (a) the Parties to this Agreement; (b) their respective successors and permitted assigns; and (c) any nominated beneficiaries set out in the Third Party Provider Terms.

  • Such payments will only be refundable if permitted by the Provider Terms.

  • Where under the Product Specification the Customer receives certain services provided by a Third Party Provider, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Third Party Provider Terms shall apply and be binding on the Customer, its Affiliates and its Authorised Users; and (b) the relevant Third Party Provider shall have the right to enforce any such provision directly against the Customer, its Affiliates and its Authorised Users.

Related to Provider Terms

  • Provider agreement means the signed, written, contractual agreement between the department and the provider of services or goods.

  • Service Terms means the service terms specific to each Service set forth herein and made a part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service and any subsequent modifications we are permitted to make to those terms.
