Provider IT Domain definition
Provider IT Domain means the data processing infrastructure, servers, data communications equipment, local area networks, desktop equipment and support and wide area network facilities, operated and maintained by Provider at Provider facilities and/or operated and maintained by third parties under Third Party Contracts administered by Provider at Provider facilities.
