Provider Database definition

Provider Database means the database provided, hosted, operated, and maintained by Customer that contains information and data relating to Customer's Provider Network, the Providers in the Provider Network, and the discounted services available through the Provider Network, and all updates, modifications, and improvements thereto made by or for Customer. The Provider Database must meet the applicable requirements set forth in the Specifications.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
