Provided Resources definition

Provided Resources is defined in Section 3.1.
Provided Resources has the meaning given it in Section 3.14.1.
Provided Resources means the System, the Services, the Deliverables, and other resources and materials that are provided by Vendor to the Board. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Board Resources” shall mean the hardware, software, equipment, network components, systems, services, and other resources that are owned or leased by, or licensed to the Board as of the Effective Date. To the extent specified in the applicable Statement of Work, Vendor shall develop, modify, or implement any required interfaces that are necessary for the Provided Resources to integrate fully and successfully, and be compatible, with the Board Resources. At all times, Vendor shall cooperate and work as requested with the other service providers of the Board (including, but not limited to, Tririga) to coordinate the development of the System and the provision of Services with the services and systems of such other service providers.   • Providing reasonable access to and use of the Provided Resources.

  • Providing information concerning any or all of the Provided Resources or the data, computing environment, and technology direction used in implementing and providing the Services.

  • Supplier is not permitted to use the Health Net Provided Resources for the benefit of any entity other than Health Net (and other Service Recipients under this Agreement) without the prior written consent of Health Net, which may be withheld in Health Net’s discretion.

  • Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all Services, equipment, networks, software, and other resources (collectively, the "Provided Resources") utilized by Contractor or approved by Contractor for utilization by Client in connection with the Services, including but not limited to those services provided by AITE pursuant to the AITE Agreement, shall be successfully integrated and interfaced.

  • Health Net’s obligation to provide the Health Net Third Party Service Contracts, the Health Net Owned Software, the Health Net Licensed Software, the Health Net Owned Equipment and the Health Net Leased Equipment pursuant to Sections 11.2(b), (c) and (d) below (collectively, “Health Net Provided Resources”) and Supplier’s right to use such Health Net Provided Resources, shall be subject to the terms of Section 11.2(e) below.

  • Whether Supplier will subsequently re-contract directly with vendor will be guided by the terms as outlined in Schedule O (Health Net Provided Resources).

  • Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."
