Provided Data means de-identified, de-personalized, data derived from Customer's TASER energy weapon deployment reports, related TASER energy weapon logs, body-worn camera footage, and incident reports.

Provided Data means data provided from the Data Provider to the Data Recipient pursuant to this Agreement and for which the Data Provider has utilization rights and the details of which are set forth in the Schedule; provided, however, that the Provided Data do not include any personal information under the Act on Protection of Personal Information.
