Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.
Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
Internet access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.
Internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.
Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.
Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Access means disclosure by the provision of access;
Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
Access Provider means a beneficiary or linked third party that is in charge of providing access to one or more research infrastructure or installations, or part of them, as described in Annex 1.
Provide : The term "provide" means to furnish and install, complete and ready for the intended use.
Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).
Child support means a court-ordered obligation, enforced under chapter 61 and ss. 409.2551-409.2597, for monetary support for the care, maintenance, training, and education of a child.
Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the State Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person other than distribution licensee of his area of supply or a generating company (including captive generating plant) or a licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;
Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.
Exchange Access means as defined in the Act.
Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.
Access Seeker means an Operator who:
Account Information Service Provider or “AISP” means a Third Party Provider that provides a service to allow you to see information in one place about payment accounts you hold with payment services providers, for example, your Account with us if it is an Online Payment Account.
Confidential personal information means a party’s or a party’s child’s Social Security number; date of birth; driver license number; former legal names; and employer’s name, address, and telephone number.
Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
Special Personal Information ’ means personal information as referred to in section 26;
Coordination means the process through which the infrastructure manager and applicants will attempt to resolve situations in which there are conflicting applications for infrastructure capacity;
