The parties agree that they have dealt with no brokers in connection with this Lease, except for Proventure, whose commission shall be paid by Landlord pursuant to separate agreement.
Venture means any group of two or more persons associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/ or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million as defined in Article 1 and Article 2(1) and (3) of the Annex to Recommendation 2003/361/EC as may be amended from time to time;
Enterprises means CMS Enterprises Company, a Michigan corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.
Exploration means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of Products.
