Prototype Plan definition

Prototype Plan means the basic plan document described herein.

Prototype Plan. The Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Special Prototype Defined Contribution Plan set forth in this document, as amended or restated from time to time.

• This Plan may not be used and shall not be deemed to be a Prototype Plan unless an authorized representative of the Sponsor has acknowledged the use of the Plan.

• The 3-digit number assigned to this Adoption Agreement (see page 1) is solely for the Regional Prototype Plan Sponsor's recordkeeping purposes and does not necessarily correspond to the plan number the Employer designated in the prior paragraph.

• The Employer may not rely on the Regional Prototype Plan Sponsor's notification letter covering this Adoption Agreement.
