Prototype aircraft definition

Prototype aircraft means an aircraft (including a variant) which is not a series aircraft;
Prototype aircraft means an aircraft in respect of which an application has been made for a certificate of airworthiness and the design of which has not previously been investigated in connection with any such application;
Prototype aircraft means any aircraft in respect of which an application has been made for a certificate of airworthiness and the design of which, in whole or in part, has not previously been investigated in connection with any such application;
