Protocol Order definition

Protocol Order means that order of the Bankruptcy Court dated September 6, 2006 approving a protocol for, among other things, the investigation of potential causes of action by the Creditors’ Committee and any successor thereto, as supplemented or amended by orderorders of the Bankruptcy Court dated September 21, 2006.2006 and February 27, 2007.
