Protective structure definition
Protective structure means any privately or publicly owned development designed to protect property inland from such structure from ocean flooding or wave damage.
Protective structure means an engineered physical structure implemented as part of the remedial action to control or respond to a release or threat of release of environmental contamination. Protective structure includes capping, fencing, berming, diking, drainage structures and other structures that may control migration or other releases of environmental contamination.
