protective services officer definition
protective services officer means a person who is appointed in accordance with the Cities, Towns and Villages Act as a By-Law Officer to enforce the By- Laws of the Town of Hay River, and any Peace Officer who is authorized to enforce the By-Laws of the Town of Hay River;
