Protection from everything definition

Protection from everything means the following: Progenitus can't be blocked, Progenitus can't be enchanted or equipped, Progenitus can't be the target of spells or abilities, and all damage that would be dealt to Progenitus is prevented.

  • Protection Laws means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, as applicable to either party or the Services, including: i. the GDPR;

  • Public health emergency means an emergency with respect to COVID–19 declared by a Federal, State, or local authority.

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Separation from Service means a “separation from service” (within the meaning of Section 409A).

  • MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).
