Protected income level definition
Protected income level. ’ means the amount of monthly income that is not considered available for the payment of medical expenses. The protected income level is based on the num- ber of persons in the assistance plan in accordance with K.A.R. 129-6-42 and the number of legally responsible relatives.
Protected income level means the level of protected income determined in accordance with €5paragraphs (1) to (5) ofE regulation 11 of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992.
