Protected Goods definition

Protected Goods means Goods transported under and subject to a Transport Document issued by a CMA CGM Group Carrier in respect of which the Guarantee proposed by the CMA CGM Group Carrier has been purchased by the Client.
Protected Goods means any specimen of a species that is for the time being included in Appendix I, Appendix II or Appendix III to CITES;
Protected Goods means any specimen of a species that is for the time being included in Appendix I, Appendix II or Appendix III of the Convention;

Examples of Protected Goods in a sentence

  • If the Customer makes a claim under clause 18.2 in respect of any Goods or part of Goods (Protected Goods), the relevant Lease will terminate immediately in respect of both the Protected Goods and all other Goods specified in that Lease and, if Eclipx chooses (in its sole discretion), Eclipx and the Customer may enter into a new Lease for the Goods other than the Protected Goods on the same terms and conditions as the terminated Lease (including as to Term).
