Protected Content definition

Protected Content means: (i) Content related to an Assigned Project that is posted to the Site by either the Attorney or the Lawclerk and is posted in the “Document Library” or “Communication” sections of the Assigned Project’s dashboard; and (ii) your payor or payee information. See Section G for a discussion as to how the Protected Content is encrypted and secured.
Protected Content means: (i) Content related to work that is posted to the Site by either the Hiring Attorney or the Remote Associate and is posted in the “Document Library” or “Communication” sections of the dashboard; and (ii) your payor or payee information.
Protected Content means Content contained within ASF and explicitly protected with DRM.

  • ROBUSTNESS REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATIONS Any portion of an Implementation that implements one or more of the security functions set forth in the Specification in software that could allow compromise of SDMI Protected Content shall include all of the characteristics set forth in Sections 10.1 and 10.2.1 of these Robustness Requirements.

  • At our discretion, we, or the technology we employ, may monitor and/or record your general interactions with the Site and the Service; provided however, that we cannot view your Protected Content.


More Definitions of Protected Content
